Host your own online conference using A Woman Inspired’s software, audience, and experience!
What we do for about a dozen others is offer them the use of our time, experience and our software (www.gotowebinar.com). By leasing it out it affords us the opportunity to offer free conferences, further the ministry (website maintenance, monthly fees, etc) and pay for scholarships for those who can’t afford to attend. It also provides the funds to carry our other sites.
What we offer is up to a one week conference from 9 am CST to 3 pm CST for a $150 fee for training (includes you, your speakers, and your hostesses), an ebook that explains the ins and outs of hosting an online conference, full consultation and support (we run the software and answer all questions) during the conference. Then we charge $1 per attendee if your admission is under $15.00 or $2.50 per attendee if your admission cost is over $15.
Let’s do the math: 100 attendees (you can have hundreds more) x $9.95 admission (you can charge whatever you want) = $995
We subtract our fee of $150 and the $1 per attendee and you have still made a profit of $745!
You have the opportunity to make a good bit of cash to further your ministry by hosting an online conference. It all depends on what you charge the attendees and how well you can promote it. There is no limit to the amount of registered attendees you can have.
Also included are the following options:
- Record each session and turn it into MP3s for sale at a later time – additional profits!
- Have a record of each session’s chat logs.
- Use Powerpoint, documents, web browsers, MP3s and more to enhance the experience.
- Download Webinar reports to track attendees.
- Personalize your conference room with logo, photos, and personalized messages.
- Customize follow-up emails.
- Develop a mailing list.
- Practice sessions.
- Polling and Surveys.
- Question and answer window.
Your responsibility in this would be to recruit and manage your speakers and hostesses and promote to and manage your attendees. We don’t handle any of the funds. That is all done through your Paypal account. We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date and then take the remaining $100 fee one week prior to the conference. The attendee fee is due before the end of the second day of the conference. This is a very affordable solution for expanding your ministry! We also promote each event on our website and to our audience. More than 20,000 women will will be notified of your event.

Host a workshop or training / consulting session using our software.
AWI has hosted sessions for Photoshop, photography, blogging, and more and now you can take advantage of our services as well.
What we offer is a session by session option for utilizing our software to train, consult, or teach. The session can last up to 3 hours. You will receive full training on use of the software and full support during the event. We charge a fee of $20 for training and 10% of the ticket price. If you charge $50 per person then AWI receives $5 per person.
Let’s do the math: 15 participants (you can have hundreds more) x $45 admission (you can charge whatever you want) = $675
We subtract our fee of $20 and the $4.50 (10% of charge) per attendee and you have still made a profit of $587.50 for ONE session!

We offer you the opportunity to reach hundreds of women on a regular basis by hosting a support group or bible study through A Woman Inspired – this is at no cost to you. If you are interested in hosting one of these groups and if it will be free to attendees then simply email us at info@awomaninspiredconference.org and let us know what your idea is. Be sure to include the following:
- URL of your blog, website, or ministry page
- headshot and short bio for our website
- Description of the bible study
- Three preferred days of the week and times (we will do our best to accommodate your first choice)
- Will you meet monthly, weekly, or some other duration of length?
- What is the maximum amount of participants that you wish to have? (we can accommodate up to 1000 without video or up to 25 with live video feed)
