1. A Woman Inspired‘s audios are copyright protected and may not be distributed by anyone except Heart of the Matter Online and it’s partners, A Woman Inspired, Internet Cafe,  and the speaker and their company or ministry that is represented on the audio.
2. You may host an event using our audios, however, to charge guests would be breaking the policies we have in place and cause problems with the speakers that have so graciously given of their time and wisdom to make this possible.
3. It is illegal to distribute the freebies to anyone who did not pay admission to A Woman Inspired and it would also be breaking the legal policies in place at each of the ministries and businesses who contributed them. This legal entanglement with the other organizations would be out of the hands of A Woman Inspired and would be up to the discretion of each organization that was violated. A Woman Inspired also reserves the right to prosecute and will do so in most cases.
4. It is illegal to share, with anyone, the A Woman Inspired links that contain the free downloads and the audios.
5. You do not have to be in attendance to enter the door prizes contest. It is an equal opportunity contest and the only requirements are the possession of a ticket to the live event: A Woman Inspired and registration.
6. You do not have to be in attendance to download the freebies. The only requirements are the possession of a ticket to the event: A Woman Inspired, and that you do not share or distribute them in any way shape or form unless given written consent by A Woman Inspired or the organization or person who owns the copyright.
7. Copying content, be it words or graphics, from this website without prior written consent of A Woman Inspired is illegal .
8. Failure to comply with any of these policies could result in the following:

• being banned from the conference site and future events and/or contests held by A Woman Inspired.
• criminal prosecution.
• no refund given.
• required reimbursement of items distributed to the proper persons or organizations involved.
