How can I stay informed about upcoming events?

I am interested in being a speaker for one of your events. What must I do?
Send us an email with a link to an audio or video of a previous speaking engagement so that we can get a idea of your style and ability to teach and capture an audience. Along with that, please send us a brief synopsis of any talks that you are interested in giving and what particular conference you feel that they would be appropriate for. The list of conferences can be found under the “”AWI Conferences” tab in the navigation bar. Also include a short bio or testimony for us to review. All speakers are offered the opportunity to advertise for free on the site and we will set up their speaker page with as many images, links, and products (leading back to your check out) as desired. With the current increase in emails regarding scholarships to our conferences, in order to keep our low costs for the attendee, speakers are not compensated with a financial fee or honorarium.
My business or ministry would like to partner with A Woman Inspired. What should we do?
Please view the sponsor page for information on sponsoring the event. If you would like to provide items for the “swag bag” or giveaways, then simply email us with a photo, description, and inform us how you would like them distributed.
How can I have our ministry listed as one of your “Featured Ministries”?
In order to be listed as a “featured ministry” your website must not have any services or products for sale. This is strictly for ministries that depend on volunteers and donations. There is no cost to be listed. Email us at info@awomaninspiredconference.org with your inquiry and the following information: logo, additional graphics, text about your ministry, URL, email address, and any additional information that might be beneficial to place on your “featured ministry” page.
Pre-conference FAQ
I just bought my ticket. Now what?
After registering with Aweber you will receive a confirmation. You must approve it in order to receive further correspondence. If you did not approve this email then you must let us know since we have no other way of communicating with you.You will receive an email a couple of days before the start of the conference with log in instructions. To listen live, you must log in at the scheduled times.
How does this work?
We use GoToWebinar for all of our conferences and live online events and it is easy and practical. You can download a full users guide here: users guide
Who are your speakers?
Each of our conferences has a different line up of speakers that are experts in that area or speakers that are God degreed… passionate and educated by experience. You can find the speaker line up for any particular conference by clicking on that conference tab in the navigation bar.
What will the speakers talk about?
Please see the “sessions” tab under “current conference” for the synopsis of each speaker’s session.
What is the schedule for the conference?
Please click on “schedule” under “current conference” in the navigation bar.
I am not able to listen to all of the speakers live, what can I do?
You will be able to download audios and save them to your computer to listen to at your convenience. You may also purchase the audios on CD. Please note that it can take up to four weeks to get the audios online after the conference. Free conferences will not have MP3s made available. You must attend free conferences live.
I will be out of town during the conference. If I register but cannot attend “live”, will the conference seminars and goodies still be available to me?
Yes, you will still receive the conference goodies and the audios will be available for future download even if you can’t attend the paid conference “live” as long as you purchased the combo, live and downloadable audios, package. Please note that it can take up to four weeks to get the audios online after the conference.
Can I share my ticket with a friend?
You may invite a friend over to your home while listening to the conference but you may not charge for admission or distribute the audios or free downloads. For full policy please see here: Policies
Will I need any special equipment?
The only thing that you will need are a pair of speakers connected to your computer! A headset is a wonderful option if you have noisy surroundings. You will be able to ask your questions and comment to the speakers through instant messaging. GoToMeeting is Windows and Mac friendly.
If you don’t have a computer then you can also join via telephone.
I do not have the funds to attend. Can I apply to receive a sponsor ticket?
Yes! We do have tickets that have been sponsored for all of our events. Please send an email to: info@awomaninspiredconference.org and tell us why you would like to receive a sponsored ticket. Without giving away personal information, please give us a reason as to why you are unable to purchase one. We regret that due to such a high volume of requests that we must now initiate a selection process.
Post-conference FAQ
I purchased or won a ticket, but did not receive log in instructions.
Please check your spam or blocked folder for emails from Aweber, our newsletter host. An email was sent from aweber after your ticket was purchased or your scholarship was given. If you did not approve that email then we have no way of contacting you. If you do not see anything from us or if you did not approve the email from Aweber, please contact us so that we can verify that you were on the list and that we received your correct email address when you registered. To ensure that you receive all future correspondence from us, please add info@awomaninspiredconference.org to your email address book and read all correspondence sent from our newsletter via aweber.
I purchased the package with the downloadable audio. When will the audios be available to download?
The audios will be available on or prayerfully before May 9th. If you registered for the conference, you will receive an email with download instructions on or prior to May 9th. It takes anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3 hours (depending on the size of the file) to edit, convert, and upload each session. To ensure that you receive all future correspondence from us, please add info@awomaninspiredconference.org to your address.
I attended the conference, but didn’t get to download all my freebies. What can I do?
Please email us, and we will send you the link to download all the items from the goodie bag.
