Selah Moment- UPDATE: Website Relaunch Coming Soon!

Dear Sisters,

It is with anticipating joy and the anchor of hope in Jesus that I write to you today to give you insight into what God is doing at A Woman Inspired and to ask that you continue to be patient with us, as we wait on God’s timing.

We are in a Selah moment, a time to pause and reflect and to await God’s timing for the germination of the seeds of dreams He has planted in our hearts for A Woman Inspired. And He is certainly giving dreams for the future!

Because God has pushed the pause button and has made it very evident that we are to wait on His timing, we are postponing the Get Revived conference.

We would appreciate you responding, letting us know about your intention to wait with us or not. What I mean is that if you are lined up to speak for Get Revived or to attend, please let us know that we should keep you in queue. Leave a comment with a YES, I will wait with you.

The thing about staying in the yoke with Jesus is that He is the One driving. And anything we do to rush ahead would be meaningless and vain. Our hearts LONG to be and stay and abide in His yoke — His timing. He makes it clear through circumstances and through heart-prompts, like a website’s crashing (losing much archived data, including audio); loved ones who are sick or awaiting their time to meet Jesus; selling a house and moving to a new home; or friends who gently come along-side and say, “It’s okay to lay this aside for a bit.” He has also had some of the leaders of A Woman Inspired working fervently, for a time, alongside larger, national ministries in service to them. A Woman Inspired will resume but we must obey the immediate calls by Him first. We are doing that. For that very reason we can promise that it will be worth the wait. The tentative relaunch date is March 21 – 23, 2012.

So we push pause. We wait with bated breath on the LORD. We look to Him and Him only. We pray. We let Him pour in and we pour out, where we are needed—and let Him pour in once more.

That is our heart. We hope you will wait with us! We will be in touch, once He presses play again. Let us know your reply, please.

Joyfully in Christ Jesus,
the ladies of A Woman Inspired

About AmyB

Amy Bayliss started blogging in January 2006. At that time she began her first online business, Split Decisionz where she designed blogs and offered blog coaching. Not long after that Amy co-conspired with Amy Stults to bring you Heart of the Matter Online and the Heart of the Matter Online Conference. She also partnered with Lori MacMath to revive and redesign Internet Cafe Devotions. Those projects soared and Amy's ideas, networking, and knowledge helped to bring them where they are today. She has since retired from co-operating those sites to pursue other interests but they are never far from her thoughts.

Today, Amy acts as president of A Woman Inspired Ministries which hosts one large online Christian women's conference per year in March. She is also co-founder and an instructor here at DIY Ministry with Lisa Boyd: a one stop place to get all of your blogging, WordPress, and social networking help.

Amy is married to her handyman husband, Ryan and is mom to four rowdy boys ranging in age from 14 to 1! They reside in good ol' Cajun Country and worship and serve under Healing Place Church: the birthplace of Servolution.
