Maria Reyes-McDavis

Maria Reyes-McDavis, is a born-again believer, fervently serving the greatest Lover of her Soul, the King of all kings – our Most High God. As a child Maria suffered years of severe physical and sexual abuse at the hands of her mother and her mother’s numerous marriage partners. Later, turning to the ways of the world, Maria found herself drug and alcohol addicted, divorced from one abusive relationship, and heading for divorce in another destructive relationship with three children, losing all friends and family at the hands of her addictions and destructive lifestyle.

Near death and having lost everything, Maria found the loving, unconditional acceptance of the Lord through Reverend and Mrs. Howard Jr., their daughter Lisa McNeal, and Marion Love at New Providence Missionary Baptist Church, in West Covina, California. In the spring of 2005, thanks to their care, patience, and guidance, Maria was baptized and accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior – the Love of her life.

Now Maria has the privilege and honor of spreading the Gospel and Good News of His Love to women all over the world who are struggling with drug/alcohol addiction and abusive pasts. Since being saved, Maria’s two older children have accepted Christ as their savior and the Lord has miraculously saved her youngest son from a terminal, debilitating illness – causing his doctors to consider the miracle of prayer and life in His hands.

He continues to give her the Strength needed daily as a single mother raising 3 children, homeschooling her youngest who is Autistic and Epileptic, and run a successful, global social marketing agency as one of the most sought after women in marketing today. She is living proof that there is nothing impossible for our loving, merciful God – no matter what your past looks like, He has a future for you that you cannot even imagine possible.

Professionally, Maria is a social marketing expert with over a decade of successful experience helping empower individuals, companies and organizations in social marketing and Web 2.0 technology. Graduating with degrees in Business and Finance, most recently receiving her MBA in Business and Internet Technology, she is also the co-founder of Social Marketing with Impact – a program dedicated to helping people all over the world use social media, blogging, and online marketing to make the world a better place. She currently loves consulting with women, ministries, non-profits, and companies who are interested in learning how to leverage social marketing. Her company also offers affordable services including blogging, social media, and online marketing.

The future is wide open for a woman, who 4 years ago couldn’t see past her next “drug fix.” Maria is excited about her two newest projects:

* The Impact Marketing Zone – An online program dedicated to helping individuals, organizations, and companies leverage the power of social marketing with impact to make the world a better place. (Launching May 2009 at www.ImpactMarketingZone.com)

* Christian Divas Journal – An online ministry of women helping women be all the Lord has called them to be. (Launching July 2009 at www.ChristianDivasJournal.com)

Allison Worthington &
Melissa Michaels!

Be Inspired By What GOD Can Do Through YOU

Three years ago, Melissa felt God’s nudging to go on an adventure with Him. She was content in her life, but she felt God wanted her to step outside of her comfort zone and serve in new ways. But what ways? Melissa confided to her husband she felt she had no talent and couldn’t imagine how God could use her beyond her own home.

After an entire year of praying and crying out to God for what He wanted her to do, God parted the clouds of confusion and opened her eyes to the first step He had in mind. But that little step was only the beginning of the adventure He would take her on in the months to come.

Be inspired by Melissa’s personal story of taking God’s hand and stepping out in faith on a daily basis. Find encouragement in how Melissa was inspired to let go of her own dreams and how God gave them right back to her in ways she never could have imagined.
